Immunoglukan.

Designed for children and adults, the Imunoglukan supplement supports the organism in regaining its lost immunity. The product contains a patented Imunoglukan substance as well as vitamin C and it is recommended during periods of increased mental and physical effort as well as in autumn and winter seasons.

Challenges:

The existing strategy did not fulfill the sales function, nor did it encourage users to interact. There was also no appropriate advertising materials.

solve the problem from the communication and marketing angle and create a number of solutions to support the client and company’s business goals

Solution no. 1:

Developing an idea

  • in-depth problem analysis
  • developing a marketing strategy
  • Pain points identification
  • developing brand’s new Key Visual concept that would capture new product’s spirit and reach a wider audience

 

From this point it was possible to focus on tactical elements.

Solution no. 2:

The website

The primary goal was to create a Polish website as a platform for the sales and as an offer presentation. The solution was to create a landing page that successfully implemented:

 

  • a clear structure
  • an intuitive navigation
  • new elements of branding that enriched it visually

 

In addition, the website also provided a section redirecting its users to online pharmacies, where one can purchase the product.

Solution no. 3:

A brand hero

A Bear, whose image was part of Imunoglukan’s visual identity, became the brand hero – the Immunity Guardian. The previous image of the Bear was reinterpreted together with the client. As a result we have: 

  • given the Bear a new, more friendly character
  • named him the Immunity Guardian
  • determined his function using storytelling

Solution no. 4:

Storytelling

The aim was to create a story that would speak to the parents’ emotions and encourage them to protect their child’s or their own resilience.

Purchasing the product equates with ‘inviting’ the Immunity Guardian to begin the process of supporting our organism:

  • in order to emphasize our hero’s superpowers, we have prepared a Key Visual, which presented the Bear in action while protecting clients at school or at work. KV took the form of pictures of potential consumers with a centrally placed shield and the image of the Bear enshrined within to symbolise him accompanying us in everyday situations
  • shield motive as a weapon to fight opponents – the Bear will always protect our resistance and provide security

Solution no. 5:

Social media

The client wished to highlight that Imunoglukan is a safe solution for children, constituting a kind of dome isolating from viruses and pathogenic bacteria.

To share this message further, increase brand awareness and make full use of the chosen strategy, we decided to: 

  • launch social media activities
  • set up a business profile on Facebook
  • prepare dedicated graphic materials

 

Solution no. 6:

Offline knowledge base

The design process included many different activities and elements – from reinterpretation of the brand hero’s image, to printed and electronic advertising materials, along with building a brand new website. However, it is the comprehensive view that gives a complete picture of changes that resulted in reaching the client’s business and marketing goals.

  • the brave Bear became more memorable and evokes warm associations
  • the brand awareness and product sales have been increased by creating a consistent KV and marketing strategy
  • the website now has a higher number of page views
  • brand development has been successfully supported
